Makati TechNet Session: Windows Server 2008 R2 DirectAccess

Guys, thank you for attending another Makati TechNet session! DirectAcess is a cool (really coooool!) feature of Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 and me including members of the Philippine Windows Users Group were very exited to share and demo this in front of you. I will be posting later our promised links but for now, here are some pictures that were taken in the said event.
Many thanks to Faelmar Tañada for the always and usual support to a PHIWUG event so Bong, thanks alot!
“The Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 operating systems support a new feature called DirectAccess that enables seamless remote access to intranet resources. Unlike traditional virtual private networks (VPNs), which require user intervention to initiate a connection to an intranet, DirectAccess allows any application on the client computer to have complete access to intranet resources while allowing the IT administrator to specify which resources or even client-side applications that are restricted for remote access.”
